The GEJ series manual grease machine utilizes a lever and piston pump structure, equipped with a high-quality oil extraction rod, 

generating a rated high pressure of up to 10,000 PSI (approximately 68g unit pressure) manually. 

This series can easily handle high-viscosity greases and is primarily suitable for periodic grease dispensing in construction machinery, large agricultural machinery, and heavy industrial equipment.

Core Technology and Parameter Explanation

Powerful Pressure Boosting Mechanism: Maximum pressure up to 10,000/68g, stable working pressure at 8,000/55g, ensuring effective grease dispensing even with long lines or at risk of blockage.

Large-Capacity Oil Reservoir: Can hold 500ml-600ml of grease per operation, reducing the frequency of dispensing and improving work efficiency.

Multiple configurations available:

GEJ-801/802/803: Equipped with an oil extraction lever. The GEJ-802 boasts a maximum single oil output of 2cc, suitable for rapid, large-area oil injection; the 801 and 803 are 1cc precision models.

GEJ-804: Equipped with a chain-type lever structure, allowing for more flexible and convenient operation in complex and confined spaces.

Rigid tubing: The Φ56mm large-diameter oil delivery tubing design ensures smooth oil flow and effectively prevents tubing blockage or bursting.
