The GEK pneumatic grease machine uses compressed air (air compressor) as its power source, relying on an ultra-high pressure ratio of 50:1 to convert air pressure into powerful grease pressure, 

achieving continuous, rapid, and high-flow-rate grease filling. 

This series comes with a trolley and a 10L large-capacity oil reservoir, solving the pain point of laborious manual operation, making it the preferred equipment for large-scale production lines or high-frequency lubrication operations.

Core Technology and Parameter Explanation

Powerful Power Output: An inlet air pressure of only 0.6~0.8 MPa is required to generate an oil pressure of up to 30~40 MPa, with a pressure ratio of 50:1, easily handling high-viscosity greases.

High-Efficiency, High-Flow-Rate Operation:

Standard Pump Head Type (GEK-85): Single-point grease filling, oil flow rate 0.85 L/min, suitable for targeted precision lubrication.

Quick-connect tool type (GEK-85TK/TY): Oil output surges to 30 L/min, significantly improving efficiency for large-scale centralized grease filling or grease gun application.

Portable design:

GEK-85: The pump body can be directly placed inside a standard grease container, taking up little space and being lightweight and durable (only 10kg).

GEK-85TK / 85TY: Equipped with a four-wheeled trolley and a 10L dedicated oil reservoir (net weight 18kg), easy to push and pull, allowing free movement within the workshop. 

A single-handle connector and straight-through filler nozzle ensure flexible operation.

Standard interface: The air inlet pipe is a 1/4" Quarter standard interface, compatible with most industrial air compressor circuits.
