From September 22 to 26, 2025, EMO Hannover—the world's leading trade fair for production technology—was held as scheduled in Hanover, Germany. Under the theme "Innovate Manufacturing," the event brought together approximately 1,600 international exhibitors from 45 countries, showcasing the latest technological achievements across the entire metalworking value chain. BAOTEN Intelligent Lubrication Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., as a representative enterprise in China's intelligent lubrication sector, made a prominent appearance at Booth G07, Hall 11, presenting China's lubrication solutions to the global manufacturing community.
Next-Generation Lubrication Products Driven by PLC and Digital Display Technology
At this year's EMO, BAOTEN Intelligent showcased multiple intelligent lubrication pump products designed to meet the higher demands of Industry 4.0 for precision and reliability in equipment lubrication.
The volumetric oil lubrication pumps included two models: BTA-A2 and BTD-C2. The BTA-A2 features digital display control, enabling precise setting of lubrication duration and intervals, with a power-off memory function to prevent interruption of lubrication cycles due to power outages. The BTD-C2 is equipped with a PLC control board, allowing seamless integration into automated production systems for coordinated and precise lubrication control in sync with host equipment.
Additionally, the progressive grease lubrication pump (GET model) also features a PLC control board, independently managing the pump's operating cycle with real-time monitoring capabilities to ensure equipment safety. Users can adjust grease output by combining outlets to suit different application requirements.
In terms of materials, BAOTN's exhibited products featured stainless steel tubing—offering excellent performance in high/low temperature resistance (stable from -40℃ to 70℃), corrosion resistance, and compressive strength, making it ideal for high-load industrial environments and effectively extending equipment service life.
Engaging with EMO's Technology Ecosystem, Witnessing Global Smart Manufacturing Trends
EMO Hannover 2025 was more than a product showcase—it served as a barometer for the frontier trends of global manufacturing. The event focused on automation, artificial intelligence, digitalization, and sustainability. During the fair, the organizer VDW (German Machine Tool Builders' Association) established the "AI + Digitalization Area" and "AI Hub@EMO2025," highlighting application scenarios and prototype solutions for AI in metalworking.
AI technology received special attention at this year's event. Professor Christian Brecher from the WZL at RWTH Aachen noted at the forum that the breakthrough of generative AI is just the surface—industrial AI is where investors and researchers are truly focusing; Europe, with its depth of industrial data, has the opportunity to become the global leader in industrial AI. This trend suggests that intelligent lubrication systems, as critical supporting equipment, will be increasingly integrated into AI-driven predictive maintenance and autonomous production systems.

A significant highlight of BAOTEN's participation was its recognition at the "Vogel Overseas Pioneer Award" ceremony held during EMO, where the company was named an Outstanding Enterprise[citation:33].
