The GTB-C1 grease lubrication pump is controlled by the host PLC or an independent controller to control the working cycle of the lubrication pump. Model GTB is a gear pump lubricated with grease. The system is equipped with a liquid level switch, and a pressure switch can be selected as required. When the oil volume or pressure is insufficient, an abnormal signal can be sent out. The GTB oil injection machine is equipped with a relief valve to protect the oil injection machine and pipelines from damage due to excessive pressure. GTB electric lubricators are widely used in various centralized lubrication systems such as machine tools, plastic machinery, and die-casting machines.

1. The operation and interval time of GTB-C1 are controlled by PLC.

2. GTB-C1 is equipped with a pressure gauge, allowing users to easily check the working pressure.

3. GTB-C1 has a normally closed pressure switch that automatically detects the working pressure and sends a signal when the pressure is lower than the preset value.

4. GTB-C1 has a liquid level switch and a pressure switch, which can automatically detect the oil level and pressure, and send out a signal when the oil level is low or the pressure is insufficient.

5. GTB-C1 is equipped with a refueling button Feed key, which can be used as a manual refueling and forced lubrication.

6. GTB-C1 is equipped with an internal fuse to prevent excessive current from burning out the IC board and motor due to short circuit.
