Performance and characteristics
1.The lubrication pump duty cycle can be controlled by the host PLC or a separate controller.
2.It is equipped with a pressure regulating valve device, which can independently set the working pressure of the lubrication pump to ensure itssafety.
3.The lubrication system is equipped with a pressure switch, which can elfectively monitor the pipeline svstem to interruot the flow. leakage and other pressure shortage phenomenon.
4.An exhaust valve device is provided to eliminate the air in the lubrication pump chamber and ensure that the lubrication pump drains oil smoothly.
5.With low oil level transmiter, normally open contacts or normally closed contacts can be selected according to the system.
6.A sprina_loaded oil pan is used for vacuum suction.
7.Use a grease gun to add arease to the lubrication pump reservoir through the arease filter to avoid impuries and air into the lubrication system to improve the lubrication system.
8.No pressure relief valve device in resistance system, used with GPA/GPB/GPC/GPD distributor(refer to pages 63~69).
