The centralized lubrication system of mechanical equipment is specially designed according to the characteristics of mechanical equipment. There are four types: progressive centralized lubrication system, volumetric centralized lubrication system, resistant centralized lubrication system and oil mist centralized lubrication system.
1. Progressive centralized lubrication system: mainly composed of electric grease pump, progressive distributor, oil pipe and various connecting joints. There are three kinds of grease pumps: GEG high-pressure oil scraper stirring pump grease pump, 4-8Mpa pressure GEB, GEC grease plunger plump, and GTB series electric gear grease pump. There are three types of progressive distributors: GPB, GPC, GPD progressive distributor. Progressive centralized lubrication system: it mainly uses 000#~ 2# lithium base grease(different pump different range), and its working time and rest time adjustable. The lubrication system composed of grease pump can be controlled and adjusted by the controller of the grease pump, or controlled by the PLC of mechanical equipment; Progressive centralized lubrication system with working pressure of 4-35mpa is widely used in various mechanical equipment requiring grease lubrication, it is long life, precison, and can be detected if one lubrication point in this system is not working normally.
2. Volumetric centralized lubrication system: it is mainly composed of grease pump with pressure relief function, positive displacement distributor, oil pipe and various connecting joints. There are two types of oil products used: thin oil and grease. Lubrication pumps suitable for thin oil include BTA-A2, BTA-C2, BTD-A2, BTD-C2, BTB-A2, BTB-C2 electric lubrication pumps, hydraulic pump station, etc; Motor driven grease pump and medium pressure grease pump are applicable to GTB motor gear grease pump and GEB-2, GEC-2 grease pump electromagnetic plunger pump. GED-2 pneumatic grease pump. The distributors used include: volumetric quantified decompression distributor (BFA for thin oil and GFA for grease) and quantify pressurized volumetric distributor (BFD for thin oil and GFD for grease).
The volumetric centralized lubrication system has a working pressure of 15 ~ 35kgf / cm2. Due to the accurate amount of oil provided to the lubrication point, it is widely used in machine tools, plunger machinery, die-casting equipment, textile machinery, modular machine tools, woodworking, printing, food, packaging machinery and other fields below 100 lubrication points.
3. The resistance centralized lubrication system is mainly composed of lubrication pump without pressure relief function, resistance distributor, oil pipe and various connecting joints. There are two types of oil products used: thin oil and grease. Lubrication pumps suitable for thin oil include BTA-A1, BTA-C1, BTB-A1, BTB-C1, BTD-A1, BTD-C1 electric motor lubrication oil pumps, BEA automatic intermittent lubrication oil pumps, manual lubrication oil pumps such as hand pull BEB series, hand swing BEC series and hand pressure BED series; Lubrication pumps suitable for grease include: GTB-1 series electric grease pump, GEB, GEC electromagnetic lubrication pump, GEE-1 manual electric grease pump, etc. The distributors used include BSD(thin oil) and GSB (grease) resistance proportional distributors.
Resistance type centralized lubrication system, with working pressure of 3 ~ 35kgf / cm2, is generally used for small mechanical equipment such as light industry and printing machinery with lubrication points less than 100 points. The working time and rest time of positive displacement centralized lubrication system and resistance centralized lubrication system are determined by the selected lubrication pump: ① when BTA-A1, BTB-A1, BTD-A1, GTB-A1,GEB-A1,GEC-A1 and other electric lubrication pumps are selected, the working time and rest time of the centralized lubrication system are controlled and adjusted on the digital display on the lubrication pump ② When BTA-C1, BTB-C1, BTD-C1, GTB-C1, GEB-C1, GEC-C1, GEB-01, GEC-01 automatic intermittent lubrication pump is selected, the working time and rest time of the centralized lubrication system are controlled by the PLC of mechanical equipment ③ When GED pneumatic lubrication pump,working time and rest time of the centralized lubrication system can also be controlled by the PLC of mechanical equipment. ④ When the manual lubrication pump is selected, the operation of the lubrication system is controlled manually.
4. The oil mist centralized lubrication system is mainly composed of EVB, ETC oil mist lubrication pump, EVA sprayer, oil pipe and various joints. The oil used is lubricating oil with viscosity of 0-100(EVB 0-30cSt, ETC 32-100cSt). The working time and rest time of the centralized lubrication system are controlled by the digital display or PLC of the mechanical equipment.It is suitable for lubrication and cooling of lubrication points of mechanical equipment,CNC, drilling, milling machine high speed spindles, and so on.
